@tracy_forner @scottrudicel I was recently diagnosed with a sleep disorder and was told "nap" is any slumber outside the regular nocturnal sleep pattern. From 20 minutes to 1-2 hours long. It felt weird getting a doctors order to nap during the day to combat narcolepsy. — PolitiTweet.org
