@Soxfan73 Hi Kev, Parl may seem a bit odd at the moment but it’s nothing to do with Statutory Instruments! SI cttees are proper cttees balanced to reflect party representation. MPs & peers have to sit on them. Parl couldn’t function without SI cttees going through all the technical details — PolitiTweet.org
