@dkb003 Official panels tend to be tightly controlled in advance through use of insiders. Occasionally that screws up and you get a Jeff Sachs (Lancet) or a Richard Feynman/Gen Kutyna (Challenger). Galileo Project is an outsider project. Prefer the latter. — PolitiTweet.org
