The Joint Committee on Taxation has revised its estimate of how Build Back Better would affect tax rates. It now says BBB would raise millionaires' average tax rate by 3.2% in 2022 — not lower it. The original finding handed the GOP an attack line, but JCT says it was an error. — PolitiTweet.org
