Very early every AM I go for a run. I never want to do it & so if I can do the run at 6AM, there is nothing in my day I will not be able to do. I always: - Put clothes out night before. - Leave reward out for when done (an Oreo!) - Visualise finishing, not starting. 🔥🚀 — PolitiTweet.org
