A huge mistake I see founders make is they construct a raise size and price that doesn’t allow a VC to invest. E.G. $1.5M on $25M cap. Even if the VC took the whole round, that would be 7%. At best with angels, they might get 5%. Don’t exclude VCs with structure of round. — PolitiTweet.org
