@NYCTBus Yes, I took a cab to 23rd/Broadway. SIM1C buses were not showing up at 48th and 5th. The app said they were at 57th and then they’d reappear further downtown. I’m not lying. Nothing showed up there. And there’s nothing on that detour notification informing people. — PolitiTweet.org
