I agree the bar is high. The focus would be on Trump asking Jones, Alexander and Stone to lead the march after i) the USSS told him days before 1/6 it’d likely get violent and ii) all three were using violent rhetoric and Alexander was outlining plans implicitly requiring force. — PolitiTweet.org

One sticking point would be the legal definition of force. Obviously breaking and entering a federal building *can* involve illegal force applied to a point of entrance and entering en masse a building known to be defended by armed law enforcement *ordinarily* does require force. — PolitiTweet.org
