(PS) To be clear, this is a *preliminary* order only, so the case could certainly go back before SCOTUS. But I did previously say I believed that Yeshiva—which offers a perverse view of Judaism here—would win at this stage, and it didn’t. I stand corrected and, again, happily so. — PolitiTweet.org
