@r_a_salvatore The House would have to pass an identical bill to avoid reconciliation and I feel like that’s the step Dems often screw up; I think the August timeline presumes a) no reconciliation process, b) advance approval from the parliamentarian to do this as a filibuster-proof budget vote — PolitiTweet.org
