Needless to say, the simpler explanation is that a) the oligarchs were not on those planes themselves, or b) they were and they are simply fleeing Russia—perhaps permanently. We can’t know, and I don’t usually credit flight patterns for much in research. But this was interesting. — PolitiTweet.org
