@heybilliam Everyone does it differently, but for myself I play ROMs on my Android via the NES.emu app at the Google Play store, and I play physical cartridges via an AVS (a Nintendo system sold by retroUSB). I think some people plug controllers into their PCs and use the MESEN emulator. — PolitiTweet.org
