@CJOB888 That is a really good question. My understanding from the report was that the store workers' response was something along the lines of "we don't know how it happened." That suggests to me that it could have been trace peanut dust rather than actual (full) peanuts. But who knows. — PolitiTweet.org

@CathyCa80116006 There is no question that if the kid were to die there could be some legal liability here, as the receipt clearly said that there was no peanut content in the drink.
