2/ Personally, I think it's 50/50 whether he participates. If he doesn't he can—not really, but he will—say the process is illegitimate and he wants nothing to do with it. But if he does participate, he can very publicly throw 1,000 wrenches into the process at every stage of it. — PolitiTweet.org
