Is it just me or is #ISIS making the point — in the editorial of its latest issue of Al-Nabaa Magazine — that it wants another ground confrontation w/ the US? It sounds to me that it’s begging it for a ground war. Obviously this is what ISIS wants to revive the Caliphate. — PolitiTweet.org
