Unless someone is making a threat or saying something unlawful, I lean toward encouraging Twitter users to employ the tools at their disposal (muting/blocking) to filter out voices they don't want to hear. They can also refute/ridicule people who say outrageous, foolish things. — PolitiTweet.org
