@Akenyatta_cip Exactly. You know more about this than I do, I’m not a lawyer, but I think someone who intentionally pushes a person onto subway tracks should be charged with attempted murder. Everyone knows it’s likely to result in that person’s death, even if in this case fortunately it didn’t — PolitiTweet.org
