Check the emails and dates in the screenshot… This was about the 2020 election, not 2022 (although it’s possible the same thing was happening in 2022). So back in 2020-21, state election officials flagged Twitter posts to DHS, and in turn DHS told Twitter to remove those posts. — PolitiTweet.org

The bigger issue here is: at least as far back as January 2021, DHS had federal government employees receiving “misinformation reports” and forwarding them to Twitter for removal. That is government censorship of speech. — PolitiTweet.org

@MegaMagaRM1 Someone would have to sue. I’m not sure on the legal processes but I know @Eric_Schmitt the new senator from MO has been doing a lot of work on this although he has been focused on challenging government censorship of health information; it’s the same censorship mechanism. — PolitiTweet.org
