@TheEliKlein @DaphinaP Could that be because white parents living in major metropolitan areas are more likely to be able to afford private school and even private tutoring? Keeping in mind a lot of these places don’t have school choice like we do in FL. Same people screech the loudest about “equity” — PolitiTweet.org
