@testudo06950088 @BBCGaryR No it doesn’t. Audit Scotland were correctly saying that there was other data that wasn’t always available, such as the Council area in which the business operated. Nowhere does the report say they don’t know who the money went to. Which I think an auditor might have mentioned. — PolitiTweet.org
