@graeme2711 I wouldn’t have thought so. I always understood that the reason Public Inquiries are usually only held after any potential criminal cases have been concluded is to avoid prejudicing a prosecution by having some of the evidence judged by an earlier civil hearing. — PolitiTweet.org
