@gerardtubb Hi Gerard, happy to clarify: the UK Govt is subject to Scottish law in the same manner that it is subject to England law. The court of Session is the highest civil court in the country I live in; the High Court in London has no jurisdiction. Your report did not make this clear. — PolitiTweet.org
