I’m afraid it does stop. There are Committee visits eg I’m leading a @CommonsNIAC visit to NI but actual meetings/legislation (primary and secondary), public and private Bill Committees all stop. I could not see how conference could be happen I certainly don’t think it can now — PolitiTweet.org
