@moragmillig4n I can't answer if winter struggles will reoccur - almost certain there will be future pressures- but hopefully manageable. Locally I understand there are care staffing issues with SAC and NAC which adds NHS pressure with delayed discharges. Not reason for restrictions though. — PolitiTweet.org
