@pablolfc74 @mortgageprison Hi the bank is independent of Gov but work to their mandate to keep inflation low- the conventional way of tackling it is to raise interest rates, but as you say it is a very difficult time anyway and after a decade plus of very low interest rates this will be quite a shock — PolitiTweet.org
