Many banking institutions clearly still regard guidance from Treasury and SBA as not clear enough. Also hearing SBA's loan-processing portal (E-Tran) was down again for several hours yesterday, and many lenders still have no access at all. Have to fix this and get help to people. — PolitiTweet.org
