The EPA "plan" to "reduce deaths" = replacing peer-reviewed science to predict health effects of cleaner air with "new methodology [that] would assume there is little or no health benefit to making the air any cleaner than what the law requires." So.. not really reducing deaths. — PolitiTweet.org
