I have the largest paper weight ever built (by @Masterbuilt) as the smoker stopped working due to a wire issue. Couldn't use during Thanksgiving, Christmas and now it's January 20th and still no replacement wires. Is this how things are supposed to work out? — PolitiTweet.org
