@holleebearie Same thing. You don’t need a smoker but you need to get your chicken up to at least 185 degrees before you put BBQ sauce on and then turn the heat up on your grill so that it caramelizes the BBQ but don’t burn it — PolitiTweet.org

@dianealbright9 Easy recipe: Montreal Chicken Seasoning on both sides. Smoke chicken on 300 for 1 hr 15 mins. Raise temp to 350 for another 20 mins.
