Basically Twitter and Facebook are trying to have their cake and eat it too and I was behind the times on this but now I see what's going on. If Twitter/Facebook were given a law to protect them from lawsuits, leave the posts alone. Stop banning people because you can't be sued — PolitiTweet.org
