Yeah but... they didn't need aircraft or PGMs to keep the Taliban out of Kabul. The Taliban were a very low tech force which had no aircraft or armor or PGMs. Only needed a will to fight, which they lacked. Pains me to say it, but it's true. — PolitiTweet.org
