Workplace bullying is very difficult to deal with, particularly when the perpetrator is the Boss. However, if it is “unintentional”, as some have claimed, it can usually be resolved by a quiet word and/or mediation. It’s unlikely to have got to this stage if it was unintentional. — PolitiTweet.org
