@tmiller2462 @marchmadness @NCAA NCAA has all those special floors made for the tourney anyway. If no fans are allowed then even the high schools could probably handle them with the tourney floors overlaid. Personally, I doubt they go that route but it's a fun thought to see an NCAA tourney game in New Castle. — PolitiTweet.org
