Judge Cannon's decision seems bad law and bad precedent. DOJ would normally appeal. But if DOJ thinks it can live with the special master set-up and it won't cause too much delay, DOJ could choose not to appeal, judging that might better serve the rule of law broadly understood. — PolitiTweet.org
