I assumed Roberts would bring Kav and probably ACB with him. @McCormackJohn has followed this far more closely than I and I might well be wrong. But I'm still not sure. Will they really overturn Roe with a 5-4 vote? When it's not necessary to do so in order to uphold the statute? — PolitiTweet.org

Big picture: Kavanaugh+4 very interested in overturning Roe. Roberts very interested in upholding Mississippi law without overturning Roe.
