Dunno. We got rid of the filibuster for judicial and executive branch nominations, and those seem to be one of the few things that do get done. Also there’s no filibuster for reconciliation—and much of the legislation that gets passed does so as part of reconciliation. 🤷♂️ — PolitiTweet.org
