@mbaram yes but the people who most benefit from the taxpayer billions $$$ that he is handing out are the MOST AFFLUENT in the country. also, all the $$$ going into universities INCREASES student costs. the people who benefit are the education unions/bureaucrats - Dem donors. — PolitiTweet.org
