@Kapriciouz1 first of all it is not the "vast majority" but around 55% but more importantly: - federal law includes "Good Neighbor Authority" which gives power to state agencies - state environmental and other regulations apply regardless of ownership - etc...but thanks for feedback — PolitiTweet.org
