There’s more to it - a fed judge stopped it & the circuit court sent it back saying “ummmm try again” - around then Bloomberg’s term ended. DeBlasio came in & on day one ended the policy. A final ruling on stop & frisk has never happened. Still law of the land under Terry v Ohio — PolitiTweet.org
