I suspect this is true, esp. with suburban GOP voters who are queasy about Walker. But Paul Coverdell trailed Wyche Fowler in the first round in 1992 when Clinton won the state, angry GOP base turned out to elect him in runoff. Dems already held 56-57 Senate seats. — PolitiTweet.org
