Not convinced Dobbs fundamentally alters the midterms, but have always thought it limits Republican reach areas in Northeast, West Coast, Colorado. Very pro-choice areas that are not otherwise super liberal, don't approve of Biden, might otherwise vote on economy. — PolitiTweet.org
