@RyanLEllis @DeanClancy It's a plausible argument, esp. given second-term presidents frequently do much more. But he's the more hated of the two candidates. So easier to see Biden getting elected to block Trump than Trump reelected to block Biden. Unless something changes that dynamic. — PolitiTweet.org
