@mikeconlow Sorry! Went to bed. Phones do connect directly with balloons from miles away. This has been done in Puerto Rico, Kenya, Peru, & more. Different than home wi-fi router. Tech can transmit over licensed & unlicensed bands. Doesn’t require cooperation of local cellular provider. — PolitiTweet.org
