@ArnoldGoldberg1 Exactly. The report says 2 things: One, the pace at which broadband “is being deployed to” all Americans is reasonable. In fact, it has accelerated greatly since 2016; Two, broadband is NOT available to all Americans. Saying we made an affirmative finding on 2 is the problem. — PolitiTweet.org
