@MgillAnn Counselling does occur before surgical or hormonal intervention. But it shouldn’t be about convincing folk to “feel comfortable in their birth sex”. Binders are not recommended for young people. Not sure of exact ages but I think it’s to do with while they are still growing. — PolitiTweet.org
