@julianrouth maybe trickiest of all is if you're comfortable never actually knowing the effect. In Kirk's case, most everyone said other than physical limitations, he was the same ... except for a penchant to blurt out inappropriate comments. according to many of his old staffers, at least — PolitiTweet.org
