this was a stated goal of Harrison's after he took over the DNC. Still a long way to go to prove it can be a force in midterms. And tbc, a lot of Ds would say it's less an impressive feat for committee to do this than it just fulfilling would should be a basic responsibility — PolitiTweet.org
