Curious if this number is easily estimated: If the U.S. wanted to buy and distribute a billion Pfizer doses around the world, what would it cost? The USG bought 100 million Pfizer doses for $1.5b, so assuming on something the order of $20 billion? Or is that way off? — PolitiTweet.org
