@dominicpnanni @marc_wess That's actually not what I said. Did you read it? And in Wood is an expert in the Revolution whose work has been criticized for ignoring slavery in the period. And Wood acknowledges that slavery was a motivation for some Southern colonists. But you wouldn't that, would you. — PolitiTweet.org
