Impeachment charges have been passed by the House. Therefore Trump has been “impeached” regardless of whether the charges are sent to the Senate. It’s no different than if a criminal defendant is “charged” but the case has yet to be assigned to a court. He’s still charged. #Basta — PolitiTweet.org
